Wallabies captain James Horwill says he is trying to keep his emotions under check ahead of Saturday's Lions Tour decider, following his flood of tears and rollercoaster journey after the triumph in Melbourne.

Tension ebbed out of Horwill after Leigh Halfpenny's missed penalty handed Australia a 16-15 win last Saturday.
What was to follow shredded Horwill's nerves further as he was tried, and cleared, a second time for stamp during the first Test in Brisbane.
"It was one of those things - a lot was pent up inside me that I'd kept it to myself," Horwill told Fox Sports.
"The way it all happened at the end was more nerve wracking than we probably would have liked.
"I guess everything put together led to me putting out some emotion and a big scream there at the end.
"I'm very passionate and you can tell by the way the crowd has been what it means – it's the best support I've experienced in my time with the Wallabies."

Horwill said he expected the final game to be another close encounter which could come down to which team copes best with the occasion.

"We've tried to keep things as normal as possible and in check," said Horwill. "You don't want to put new things in and do things different – one of the most important things in these (deciding) games is the mental preparation. The important thing is to not play the game too early in your head."
Horwill was surprised that the Lions coach Warren Gatland dumped veteran Ireland centre Brian O'Driscoll.
"That would have been a tough decision for anyone. He's one hell of a player. Look at his track record – he's an amazing player who's done a lot for rugby worldwide.
"Obviously that's their decision and they feel it's put the best foot forward for them to win the game."
